A word to the wise

"Ask not the Eldar a question, for they will give you three answers, all of which are true and terrifying to know." - Inquisitor Czevak Turns out, the answers are; "Oh, just a few days", "Our friends will be here shortly" and "We have quite the appetite".

Commissioned Artists

This page is dedicated to the good folk far and wide helping me realise this very long ongoing project. I wanted to dedicate a static page to them so it doesn't get lost in the ever expanding blog :)

PaintedFigs.com

Navin's crew are doing the bulk of the force painting, handling the foot sloggers almost in their entirety. They're affordable and always check with the customer to make sure everything is spot on before stamping out minis en mass.

The Sound of Machines - Commission Miniature Painting

Luke & Adam have been in charge of the mid level detailed models (Warlocks, Harlequins, Shadow Spectres etc). The lads also have a burglar buster of a Coffee table book available for purchase.

Adpaint - Commission Miniature Painting

Adam from The Sound of Machines has started up his own gig as of 2014, and as such continues to take on the extra mid tier miniatures of the Warhost.

Vincent Zhang aka "Duskfrost" (CMON Gallery)

Vincent is an artist from down in Adelaide, very detailed with his work and is the sole operator handling all of my HQ models (with the exception of the Warlocks). Also included are my very very rare prototype casts - getting the paint jobs they deserve.

Clinton Dodd (A good mate in charge of Armour)

A good mate of mine from back North who I met when running the RSGA (Rockhampton Strategy Gamers Association - now defunct). Clinton kindly offered his airbrushing skills to handle all Tanks, Walkers, Vypers, Hornets etc - including magnetisation of weapons. Paid of course in plastic crack to fuel his own addiction... what are friends for ;)

CustomTerrain.net

Elliot has been tasked with a mammoth project in creating an eight foot by six foot (8x6), six panel modular Eldar Planet Scape. This will serve two functions; the first as a massive display table in which the full Warhost will be photographed for a future Grimoir to immortalise the collection in its entirety, and secondly to be slotted into a display case - each panel being its own platform to display the miniatures in a more sound environment. The poor bugger also has a bunch of very interesting terrain pieces to create :)

Third Fate Creations

Steve has dazzled me with concepts and the right level of "crazy airbrushing skills", to take the mantle for all eight Titans and three Super Heavy Flyers (plus an appearance from the twin Towering Knight Destroyers). This is going to be something else. You can see examples of his works here (CMON).

Above The Tabletop

Matt with his airbrushing skills has agreed to take on a wave of twenty Eldar flyers. Ranging from Phoenix Bombers to Hemlock Wraith Fighters, stay tuned to see how these guys turn out in the near future.

Titan Miniatures

Arawn from Titan Miniatures now has the contract for all Wraithknights, Wraithlords and old style metal Spirit Walkers (Wraithlords with Guardian style heads). In addition to this, a good 500+ Rogue Trader era miniatures will also be under his brush over the next two years, heading into mid 2019.

Mariano Pagotti - Commissioned Miniature Sculptor

Mariano has been chosen as the sculptor of choice for unique one off miniature sculpts where there are gaps in the Dras'Volharr Craftworld. Mariano has an eerie accuracy when it comes to detail and bringing a life like stylisation to his creations.
